Since Arabic sweets are an essential part of Lebanese culture and traditions, Mr. Bilal Al Masri and his family from Tripoli decided to bring Tripoli’s sweet heritage together with a twist of Beirut’s flavor, creating perfection under the name Qasr El Halaweyat El Arabiye. In 1980, Mr. Bilal and his family opened their first modest Arabic sweets shop in the heart of Beirut, on Mallah Street, offering freshly made homemade sweets to the surrounding community.
After years of dedication and success, Qasr El Halaweyat El Arabiye became one of the top leading Arabic sweets industries in Lebanon, and soon expanded its presence to the Mina region.
